   Hi Gordon,

   Really enjoyed my very 1st newbie club meeting last night. It was extremely valuable. As I was leaving Wesley Edmondson of the Cash Cowboyz informed me, that in the past you had a guest speaker that developed a program that could run comps. for the greater Houston area, along with the greater Dallas area. This program he was selling was also Mac. compatible which is why I’m interested. If you have any info. on this program and the vendor, I would greatly appreciate it.

   I attended a RICH meeting last night. It was suggested that I contact someone at the Newbie club. I have been investing for about a year and a half. I have a deal on a mobile home park that I am trying to get funded. Can you tell me what I need to do to get the assistance I need?

   Hi Robert,

   Ray Pena here, I work with Gordon here at Wealth Through Wisdom LLC, home of the Newbie Club and the Wealth Club. For starters thanks for the email. Secondly, I would like to invite you to our Wealth Club meeting this weekend Jan 31, 2009. We will meet from 9am to 12pm at 5855 Sovereign Dr, STE 151, Houston, TX 77036

   At our meetings you have an opportunity to network with all types of investors, lenders, rehab specialists, whole-sellers, etc, etc. The Newbie club is our free general meeting that is held the second Tuesday of every month from 7-9pm. That will be Feb 10th. Our Wealth Club meeting is our membership meeting. Membership costs $14.95 a month, non-members are welcome for a $20 fee. If you decide to join that day, we will credit the extra $5 to the following month.

   So to answer you question, come visit us either at the Wealth club or Newbie Club, either way you can present your deal to the group and get to see what we have to offer.

   This months Wealth Club we will have Dennis Orocho talking about creative financing and Karen Stromme with Veritas Title talking about double closings.
