Would You Like to Participate In A Self-Storage Project?

If you were at last Saturday’s Wealth Club meeting, you heard Kevin Liu of JK Interests give a very informative presentation on the pros and cons of investing in Self-Storage properties. Things like a simplified eviction process, humans not occupying (and tearing up) the property, lower start up and maintenance costs, not having to worry about “appeal” costs, such as carpet or paint color, etc.

And, if you were at The Wealth Club, you also were given an opportunity to actually participate in an actual project that JK Interests is doing right now. Including a complete and thorough 4-week training course that equips you to do your own deals. And not just Self-Storage projects, but any commercial deal (or residential, for that matter).

As you can imagine, there was a lot of interest in the project, and not enough time to answer everyone’s questions. Certainly not enough time to go into the project in detail. In addition, a number of folks have contacted me because they were not able to attend The Wealth Club, but were very interested in hearing what Kevin had to say.

Details of The Linwood Project

For those reasons, I have asked Kevin Liu to dedicate a couple of hours to a special meeting where he can fully explain the Linwood project. He will bring drawings, plans, discuss financials, their demographic and other studies, exit strategies, etc.He will also explain in detail the F5 training program you will get for free as part of your participation in the Linwood Project, if you choose to get involved.

We have almost 20 students going through F5 right now, and every one of them will tell you that it is worth many times the price they paid to be a part of it. The training is unlike anything you have ever seen. And its free to Linwood Project participants.

The Project Meeting Itself Is Great Training

You should come to the project meeting, even if you don’t intend to participate in the actual project. Why? Because you will get to see first hand how these kinds of deals are put together. What kind of due diligence has to be done. The architect’s role. Entity structure. Management issues. I could go on and on What an education! This is not just another house deal. I’m sure you’ll agree with me that “Free in Five” is much more likely to happen and is much easier if you do commercial as well as residential deals. And whether you are ready to jump into commercial yet or not, the Linwood Project meeting is a perfect “inside peek” into how its done. And it’s free. A true no-brainer!

The Linwood Self-Storage Project meeting will be held Thursday, Feb 5 (yes, tomorrow) at The Wealth Club Conference Center, 5855 Sovereign Drive, Houston, 77036, from 7:00PM-8:30PM (or until your questions are answered).

You don’t have to be a Wealth Club member to attend this meeting (but why wouldn’t you be?). Its open to any interested party. Come for the information and the networking. And if the Linwood Project and the free F5 training that come with it interests you, get involved.

Either way, you’ll leave the meeting a winner. See you there.
